Send us your bottle list and a few phone photos through the form. No account needed. A person reads it, checks it against what we are actively buying, and sends you a cash offer, usually the same day.

How do I get paid?

You pick the method. We pay by check, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, and wire. We verify each bottle when it arrives at our secure facility and issue payment within 24 hours of it passing inspection. Most sellers are paid within 5 to 7 days of first contacting us.

Who pays for shipping and packaging?

We do. You receive a free kit, prepaid labels, and full insurance.

Is it really okay to ship alcohol to you?

Yes, completely. The kit we send moves through the carriers' own alcohol shipping programs on our account, with adult signature at delivery, and the paperwork is handled on our side. You never arrange anything yourself.

Fill level matters most, followed by the seal and the label. A low fill or a compromised seal changes what a bottle is worth to a buyer, so we would rather see it in the photos up front than discover it at inspection. Sun fading and a scuffed box matter less than most people expect.

Will you still consider bottles with worn labels or damaged boxes?

Yes. A scuffed label or a beat-up box lowers the number but rarely takes a bottle out of contention. Send the photos as they are. We would rather quote accurately the first time than adjust after it arrives.

Should I clean up or repair the bottles first?

Please don't. Dust is fine, but scrubbing can damage labels that matter to the value, old tax strips and torn labels are evidence of age, and opening a bottle to check breaks the seal. Leave everything exactly as found.

What if I am not sure my bottle is authentic?

That is normal, especially if you inherited it. We verify every bottle in person at our warehouse before we pay, so you do not need to figure it out first. Send the photos and let us do the work. If something turns out not to be what it appeared to be, we tell you plainly rather than quietly adjusting the offer.

What happens to the photos I upload?

They go to private, access-controlled storage that only our team can see. We use them to identify and appraise your bottles and to verify condition at intake. They are never public.

Will my name show up on your Recent Purchases page?

No. Those are our own photos of bottles after we've bought them. We never publish your name, your uploaded photos, or anything identifying you without your consent.

Yes. Your name, your photos, and what you sold stay between us. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use your bottles or your messages in our marketing without asking you first.

What should I send to get the fastest quote?

Photos of the front label and the fill level are the two things that move fastest. If there is a box, a photo of that helps too. If you do not know what you are looking at, send the photos anyway and skip the descriptions. Identifying bottles is our job, not yours.

Usually the same day, and most quotes returned within 24 hours. A person is reading your list, so lists that come in late at night get answered the next morning rather than instantly.

We price against what our buyers are actively paying right now, not against a published guide or an auction result from two years ago. Age, rarity, condition, fill level, and whether the original box is present all move the number. You get one honest figure rather than a high opener we walk back later.

How does shipping work?

Once you accept the offer we send a packing kit with prepaid labels. Pack the bottles, drop the box with the carrier, and you are done. Your shipment is insured from your doorstep to our warehouse, and if anything breaks in transit you are still paid the full quoted amount. Every shipment travels on the kit's prepaid, insured label; never ship bottles to us on your own label or postage, and we do not accept local drop-offs. The kit, the label, and the insurance are all on us.

Do you buy opened bottles?

No. Bottles need to be sealed and unopened. Once a seal is broken we cannot verify the contents or resell it, so there is no offer we can make. If you are unsure whether a seal counts as intact, send a photo of it and we will tell you.

What do you typically not buy?

Accepted Answer

Opened bottles, anything unlabeled or homemade, bottles that are leaking or missing a seal, and mass-market bottles you can still find on a shelf. We also pass on anything we cannot verify. Everything else is worth asking about. Bourbon is where we are strongest and where we usually pay the most, but we buy across scotch, Japanese whisky, tequila and mezcal, and fine wine and champagne too. If you are not sure, send it. Telling you no costs you nothing.
