You don't have to know. Photograph the bottles where they stand, send the pictures through the form, and we identify and value every one before you commit to anything. The quote is free and it's in writing, so take it to anyone else and compare. We quote knowing you might, and we're comfortable with that.
“What if the whole thing is a scam and the bottles just disappear?”
A fair worry, because that scam exists. Here's why ours can't work that way: you never pay us anything, the kit, the label, and the insurance are all on us, every bottle is photographed the moment it arrives so you can see exactly what we received, and payment comes after inspection from a real company with a public record. Move as slowly as you like. Careful sellers are our favorite kind.
“I don't even know where to start. It's fifty bottles and I'm exhausted.”
Start smaller than you think: one photo of the shelf. That's genuinely enough for a first pass. We'll tell you which bottles matter, which ones the family should keep and enjoy, and which aren't worth shipping. After that the heavy lifting, boxes, labels, paperwork, is ours. Most inheritors are surprised how little they end up doing.
